The Trinidad Bay Watershed Council meets Thursday May 24 at 3 – 5 pm for a follow up discussion about understanding and addressing possible water quality impacts from nutrients and pesticides in the Luffenholtz Creek watershed. Other topics include:
- Consider sending a letter in support of the Strawberry Rock Redwood Forest Trail project
- Organizing the TBWC Tabling at the Trinidad Fish Festival
- Watershed Updates from watershed residents and partners
The response from Mercer Frazer about concerns with quarry operations will be scheduled for the July meeting. Any quarry concerns brought up at the May meeting will be forwarded to Mercer Frazer.
